    Service Restoration Complete

All major services have now been successfully restored.

Both enderdevelopment.com and dash.enderdevelopment.com are fully operational and accessible to users. Our team will continue to closely monitor the infrastructure over the coming hours to ensure stability and rapidly address any unexpected issues.

Please note that while the platform is operational, the database restoration and synchronization process is still ongoing in the background. Some data may continue to be validated and synchronized as part of the final recovery phase, although no major service interruptions are expected.

We would like to thank all users for their patience and understanding throughout this incident.

A detailed post-mortem report will be published in the coming days, providing a complete timeline of events, the impact assessment, and the corrective actions taken.

As an early summary, the incident originated from a combination of multiple factors, including:

    • A large-scale network attack exceeding 10 Tbit/s.

    • A subsequent storage-related technical failure that resulted in disk corruption.

    • A complex recovery process requiring extensive infrastructure validation and restoration procedures.

Despite the severity of the incident, our backup and recovery systems allowed us to successfully restore services and return the platform to operational status.

We will continue monitoring all systems while preparing a full technical report for transparency and future prevention efforts.

  • Update
    Update

The official website enderdevelopment.com has been successfully restored and is now fully accessible to users.

We are currently continuing recovery operations on dash.enderdevelopment.com, which remains temporarily unavailable while final stability checks and data integrity validations are being completed.

Estimated time of restoration for the dashboard is up to 20 minutes.

We appreciate your patience as we complete the final phase of the recovery process and ensure full system stability.

  • Identified
    Identified

We are currently in the process of restoring services following a major infrastructure disruption.

At this stage, some components of our systems are already partially operational and may be reachable, while other services are still undergoing recovery and validation procedures.

The restoration is being carried out in phases to ensure system stability and prevent any further data integrity issues.

We are actively monitoring all services and gradually bringing infrastructure back online as each component is verified and confirmed stable.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue working toward full restoration

  • Update
    Update

We are currently operating under a high-pressure incident response due to a significant data corruption event affecting parts of our infrastructure.

At this time, we want to clarify that this issue does not directly impact EnderDevelopment Dash or user-level application data, which remains isolated and intact. However, the disruption affects a broader portion of our internal infrastructure and hosting systems.

For safety reasons, we are keeping services offline intentionally to prevent any further data corruption while recovery and validation procedures are still in progress.

Our engineering team is actively working in coordination with the infrastructure provider to stabilize the environment, validate filesystem integrity, and progressively restore services in a controlled manner.

We sincerely apologize for the disruption and understand the inconvenience this may cause. Our priority is ensuring data integrity before service restoration, even if this extends downtime.

Further updates will follow as soon as we reach a stable recovery milestone.

  • Investigating
    Investigating

We are currently experiencing a service outage affecting multiple hosted services, which are temporarily unavailable throughout the day.

The issue is related to an ongoing infrastructure disruption at our data center, and our technical team is actively working with the provider to identify the root cause and restore full functionality as quickly as possible.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we resolve the situation.

Task and project stucked
  • Resolved
    Resolved

The platform has now fully recovered and is operating in a stable state.

Following the mitigation and coordination with our main provider, we’ve achieved significant performance improvements across the system. Simple project generation times have been reduced from 1–2 minutes to ~15 seconds, with overall stability greatly enhanced.

The infrastructure is now capable of handling up to 800+ tasks per day with improved reliability and throughput.

The system is currently stronger and more efficient than before, with no active blocking issues detected.

All services are operational. Let's go !

  • Monitoring
    Monitoring

We have contacted our main infrastructure provider, who has assisted in identifying and resolving the underlying issue affecting our systems. Together with the provider, we have also improved the handling of the affected components to prevent further instability.

The situation has significantly improved: services are no longer fully blocked. However, the system is still operating in a degraded state, with occasional latency and reduced reliability in task processing.

Engineering teams are actively monitoring recovery and continuing stabilization efforts.

Further updates will follow as performance returns to normal.

  • Investigating
    Investigating

We are continuing to observe system instability affecting all project-related tasks.

The issue initially identified in the circuit breaker layer now appears to be propagating across additional services, leading to increased latency, degraded performance, and continued task blocking.

Engineering teams are actively containing the spread and working on mitigation steps to restore stability.

At this time, tasks remain slow or fully blocked in several areas of the system. No ETA is available yet.

Further updates will be provided as the situation evolves.

  • Identified
    Identified

We are currently experiencing a system-wide block affecting all project-related tasks.

During the investigation, we have identified issues within our circuit breaker mechanisms, which are currently triggering and preventing normal task execution across services.

Engineering teams are actively working on stabilizing the affected components and restoring normal flow.

At this stage, services remain degraded and task processing is still blocked. No ETA is available yet.

Further updates will follow as soon as mitigation progresses.

  • Investigating
    Investigating

All project-related tasks are currently blocked due to an ongoing technical issue currently under investigation.

The team is actively working to identify the root cause and restore normal operations as quickly as possible.

At this time, no estimated resolution time is available.
Further updates will be provided as soon as more information becomes available.
